Our History
The history of Salvacion National High School reflects a legacy of vision, perseverance, and community spirit. Established in 1988 as Salvacion Parents-Teachers Community High School (SPTCHS), the institution was founded through the collective efforts of barangay officials, parents, and educators. Under the leadership of the late Brgy. Capt. Hon. Bonifacio C. Ardiente, the community worked tirelessly to turn the vision of accessible education into reality.
From its humble beginnings with simple classrooms and limited facilities, SPTCHS opened its doors to its first batch of learners. Every classroom built and every book added to the library reflected the resilience and unity of the community.
Republic Act 8745
A significant milestone came in July 1999. Introduced through House Bill No. 369 by former Congressman Hon. Ceferino C. Paredes Jr. and supported by Hon. Alex G. Bascug, the school was officially converted into a National High School.
Over the years, SNHS expanded to meet the needs of a growing population. Today, we offer a complete Junior and Senior High School curriculum, equipping learners with academic and technical-vocational skills essential for higher education and entrepreneurship.
